Job summary

Medical Imaging Partnership Ltd is seeking a HCPC-registered Radiographer to lead MRI imaging across our sites in the UK, with some X-ray as required. You will deliver high-quality images and maintain patient safety while working within a 34.5-hour week.

You will assess referrals, support clinicians, and supervise junior radiographers when needed. A 7-day rota requires flexibility and professionalism, with a focus on patient-centred care and compliance with HCPC standards.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered radiographer with current registration.
• At least 1 year UK experience and 2 years MRI experience.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work autonomously in a 7-day rota.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures predominantly MRI with some X-ray.
• Assess referrals and determine appropriate imaging procedures.
• Prepare patients and position them correctly for imaging.
• Ensure high-quality images and safety checks are in place.
• Administer contrast media per PGD guidelines and protocols.
• Supervise junior Radiographers and Radiographic Assistants when required.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure safety at all times.
