• Underwrite priority new business opportunities.

• Support team manager in performance standards.
• Collaborate with Line of Business representatives.
• Engage in external meetings and market events.

Skills

Underwriting experience within Motor, specifically Bus & Coach risks

Commerciality and strong negotiation skills

Ability to confidently and effectively assess risk

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Established in relationship building
