As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our Creative Marketing team.

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will lead the creation of high-performing motion-based advertising creatives that drive the commercial growth of our mobile games. You’ll mentor and guide motion designers and video editors, applying your creative strategy, technical expertise, and data insights to produce engaging, performance-driven visual content.

This is a permanent role based in our Leamington studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of motion-based ad creatives across multiple gaming titles.
  • Supervise and mentor motion designers and video editors, ensuring high-quality, timely output.
  • Collaborate with User Acquisition, Product, and Marketing teams to align creative direction with business goals.
  • Analyse creative performance metrics (CTR, CPI, IPM, ROAS) to optimise ad strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Introduce innovative solutions through experimentation, AI-assisted tools, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure artistic consistency and brand alignment across all creatives.
  • Research competitor campaigns and emerging trends in mobile gaming advertising.
  • Maintain organised project files, references, and archives for efficient reuse and iteration.
  • Manage feedback loops and conduct regular creative reviews.
  • Support the Lead Motion Designer in operational priorities and act as the point of contact in their absence.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard motion design tools.
  • Strong understanding of creative marketing, ad production pipelines, and mobile gaming performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) and Unity is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring creative teams in production or marketing environments.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools and automation for workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback skills.
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and design aesthetics.
