Job summary

A tech-focused startup is seeking a Senior Engineer to build and scale React Native mobile applications and develop React + Next.js web dashboards. Candidates should have strong experience in React Native and React, familiarity with state management and mobile-heavy products, while comfortable collaborating in a remote-first culture. Qualifications

• Strong production experience with React Native.

• Experience with state management (Redux or similar).
• Familiarity with Android/iOS native concepts.

• Comfortable making technical trade-offs in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale React Native mobile applications.
• Develop React + Next.js web dashboards with heavy map & geospatial visualisation.
• Work with GPS, camera, and background location tracking.
• Optimise performance for mobile, maps, and large datasets.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
