Slingshot AI is building Ash, the first AI designed for mental health, with offices in London and New York. We seek a Staff Mobile Engineer to design, build, and launch mobile features that engage users and improve access to mental health support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping a high‑quality consumer mobile app at meaningful scale.
• Strong product instincts with UX, performance, and craft; you notice latency and fix it.
• Driven to own what you build and ship features that matter, with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and launch new app features.
• Elevate user experience by improving reliability, performance, and polish.
• Independently prototype new features based on feedback and product intuition.
• Work across the app stack (Flutter, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python) to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Rapidly investigate, diagnose, and resolve bugs to ensure product stability.
