Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD or equivalent) in a STEM discipline or relevant experience.
• Experience leading on software development, especially ML in modelling and simulation.
• Ability to guide scientists in software engineering and ML best practices.
• Experience in planning and delegation in a project management environment.
• Proficiency in Fortran, C++, Python.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and Jira.
• Ability to engage productively with diverse teams.

• Develop ML solutions to optimise model performance.
