Job summary

Global’s Data team is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy and scale machine learning solutions—turning data science ideas into robust, production-grade products. This hybrid role is based at our Holborn office in central London.

You’ll support use cases across DAX, our digital ad exchange—such as the cross-device audience identity graph and real-time targeting algorithms. You’ll join a high-performing, cross-functional squad helping advance our cutting-edge ad-serving

Qualifications

• Production ML experience delivering ML/Deep Learning projects at scale, incl. deployment and monitoring.
• Strong Python development with ML frameworks (PyTorch or equivalent).
• Ability to diagnose underperforming models via data, features and architecture.
• Experience with production inference, Spark and distributed data processing.
• Reproducible environments and tooling (Docker, MLflow) on AWS or similar.
• Engineering mindset focused on reliability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise ML models for ad targeting and attribution with a focus on scalability and accuracy.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines covering training, validation, deployment and monitoring.
• Build real-time inference systems with low latency and high throughput.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate ML workflows into wider platforms and share best practices.
