Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a senior Machine Learning Engineer to own ML activities from conception to deployment in a SaaS FinTech environment. You will lead a small team, define the ML roadmap, evaluate architectures and optimise data pipelines within AWS, focusing on reliable production systems.

You will work primarily remotely with London office meetups, using Python and AWS to move models into robust production services and deliver actionable insights through scalable ML infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Requires strong Python programming skills and production experience in AWS.
• Solid MLOps background with focus on scalable ML pipelines.
• Experience training, deploying and supporting non-LLM models and LLM services in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML activities within the Insights and Data Analytics Team from conception to deployment.
• Define the ML roadmap, evaluate architectures and optimise data pipelines.
• Build ML infrastructure to enable rapid iteration and reliable deployment.
• Mentor teammates and communicate technical direction to senior stakeholders.
