Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of observability and evaluation in ML contexts.
• Able to work in a hybrid setting with a Belfast base.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune LLM-powered systems for reasoning.
• Design agentic workflows using modern frameworks.
• Develop RAG pipelines and vector search at scale.
• Architect and ship production ML services and APIs.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.

Skills

Strong Python and production ML experience

Hands-on experience with LLMs

Deep knowledge of RAG and vector databases
