A leading Managed Security Service Provider in Greater London is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to design and automate cloud-native security platforms. This role involves implementing AI-driven solutions and leading customer engagements to improve their security posture with Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in threat detection, incident response, and knowledge of security standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing secure architectures in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience supporting sales with technical solution design and proposal development.
• Strong competencies in SecDevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve MSSP-managed security services.
• Implement automation in Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure.
• Support secure identity management implementations and governance.

Skills

Strong understanding of modern cyber security principles

Experience with Microsoft Sentinel

Knowledge of security standards like CIS, NIST and GDPR

CI/CD pipeline design and security

Experience with automation tooling (PowerShell, KQL)

Education

Degree level qualification or equivalent
