Job summary

Trident is seeking a Senior Microsoft Security Consultant to lead complex cyber security incidents and provide strategic guidance to clients. You will investigate, contain and resolve threats while working with security tooling and a multicultural client base.

You will analyse security events, perform proactive threat hunting and coordinate responses across internal teams and third parties. A security mindset with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in cyber security operations, incident response, threat hunting or security consultancy.
• Demonstrable experience leading complex incidents and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar or ArcSight.
• Practical knowledge of forensic investigation, threat intelligence and evidence-led root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex incident investigations and root-cause determination.
• Monitor and analyse security events using SIEM platforms and threat intel.
• Coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery across clients and teams.
• Provide risk assessments and practical security recommendations.
