Job description
Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of complex Microsoft 365 & on-premises server incidents, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
  • Serving as a technical escalation point within the third line team for on-premises technologies.
  • Achieving and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
  • Investigating and resolving support cases escalated by the service desk team, ensuring issues are managed and resolved effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Working on Windows, iOS, Android and Linux operating systems.
  • Working with on-premises technologies (e.g. Exchange, Operations Manager, SQL, SCCM, NPS, FSLogix, Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP).
  • Having experience working with Teams Telephony systems, Defender Endpoint and Sentinel.
  • Demonstrating passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
