Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Cambridgeshire. You will supervise EMHPs and deliver CBT-based interventions for children and young people in education settings, helping to improve access to early mental health support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Wellbeing Practitioner in MHSTs.
• Ability to supervise Trainee and Qualified EMHPs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people in educational settings using CBT.
• Support EMHPs and contribute to expansion of MHSTs.
• Adhere to clinical governance and safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and management of EMHPs.
• Deliver CBT-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health difficulties in schools.
• Collaborate with MHST Clinical Lead and Senior Clinicians.
• Develop group work and training for teachers and school staff.
• Support rollout of new MHSTs across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
