Job summary

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust in Basildon, Essex, is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our MHST supervisory team. You will lead and support EMHPs, oversee clinical interventions and help drive early intervention for CYP with mild to moderate mental health needs.

You will supervise EMHPs, deliver CBT, manage a caseload, and work closely with schools and families, alongside partner agencies to promote whole-school mental health approaches.

Qualifications

• Registered/accredited with HCPC, NMC or BABCP.
• Experience in CBT and supervisory roles in CAMHS/MHST.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel across county.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs).
• Deliver evidence-based CBT and manage a clinical caseload with appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with schools, CYP, families and partner agencies to implement Whole School approaches.
• Develop and co-produce training materials and contribute to service development.
