Job Description
  • Supporting the Head of Department to improve demand planning processes and embed new ways of working.
  • Developing the team to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing demand planning and order processing for key customer accounts to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitoring forecasts, sales, and stock performance to inform proactive decision‑making.
  • Managing stock across multiple supplier lead times to meet availability and efficiency targets.
  • Identifying overstock and clearance opportunities to support promotional activity.
  • Using business intelligence tools to plan stock intake, track performance, and report results.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure clear communication, fast action, and strong delivery.
The Successful Applicant
