Senior Merchandiser | £50k-£60k | Hybrid | High Growth

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to partner with this innovative business in recruiting a Senior Merchandiser.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Manage company and category stock budgets using the WSSI.
2. Lead a small team to improve availability and implement effective ways of working.
3. Manage relationships with category suppliers and third-party providers.
4. Build and maintain internal and external collaborative relationships, supporting and managing the supply base to optimize delivery, OTIF, and service levels.
5. Oversee planning and stock management across all channels.
6. Forecast and plan stock requirements to support buying activities.
7. Assess current operations quickly and recommend long-term strategic improvements.
8. Identify, propose, and implement system and process improvements.
