Responsibilities and Experience

• Manage company and category stock budgets using the WSSI.
• Lead a small team to improve product availability and implement Ways of Working.
• Manage relationships with category suppliers and third-party providers.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally, supporting and managing the supply base to optimize delivery compliance, OTIF, and service levels.
• Oversee planning and stock management across all channels.
• Forecast and plan stock requirements to support buying activities.
• Assess current operations and recommend strategic improvements to enhance the function.
• Identify, propose, and implement system and process improvements.
