Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior/Principal MEP Surveyor to join the Surveying Advisory team in London or Manchester. You will deliver technical advisory services, asset condition surveys, and lifecycle assessments, while providing independent certifier support to lenders, investors, and authorities.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and help win bids by delivering clear, professional reports across education, healthcare, and defence sectors and beyond.

Qualifications

• BSc/BTEC/HND/HNC in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIEE or MIET registration or working towards.
• MEP experience in education, healthcare, defence or operational infra.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical advisory services and due diligence reviews.
• Undertake MEP asset condition surveys and lifecycle assessments.
• Provide independent engineering advice to lenders and authorities.
• Manage day-to-day IC services on projects when required.
• Produce clear technical reports and support bids and proposals.
• Ensure budgets and deadlines are met while delivering high quality work.
