Job description

A specialist, design-focused MEP cost consultancy with a strong portfolio of complex, large-scale projects is seeking a confident Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

Known for their technical expertise across Government, High-Rise, Retail, and now Data Centre projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead delivery on high-profile schemes.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor’s Role

This is a key position for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is keen to take ownership of project delivery from early feasibility through to final account.

You’ll be joining a dedicated MEP team of 16 Quantity Surveyors within a multidisciplinary consultancy of 22 professionals, working alongside in-house Planners and Project Managers. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage a portfolio of projects typically ranging from £3m to £120m+.

Flexible working is embedded into the culture, with most staff attending the office once a week and spending 1-2 days on client sites as required.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or strong MEP QS ready to step up
• Proven track record managing M&E packages across major projects
• Experience with Government, high-rise residential, prison, retail or data centre projects desirable
• Pre- and post-contract MEP cost planning and reporting expertise
• RICS-accredited degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying or similar)
• MRICS or MCIOB preferred, or actively working towards
