Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a growing energy solutions business, forecasting over £10M in revenue this year across several major national frameworks.

This role offers the chance to play a key part in driving commercial success within a rapidly expanding organisation focused on sustainable, high-value projects.

Location

Hybrid role - 1 day per week in the London office

Salary & Package

£80,000 + Package

The Role

As the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of multiple projects, managing cost control, reporting, and performance across M&E and energy-related schemes.

You'll work closely with clients, the supply chain, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of accurate financial management and maintain healthy project margins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on client and supply chain contracts
  • Manage cost control, forecasting, and CVR reporting
  • Oversee applications, variations, and overall commercial performance
  • Deliver accurate financial and margin reporting to senior management
  • Support and mentor a Junior Quantity Surveyor within the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying (mechanical & electrical focus)
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding (JCT/NEC experience beneficial)
  • Skilled in forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
