Qualifications

• Proven experience in MEP planning on major build or infrastructure projects (£50M+).
• Strong command of planning software (P6/Asta), methodologies, and reporting.
• M&E background with a solid understanding of systems coordination and phasing.
• First‑rate communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed MEP programmes using Asta Powerproject/Primavera P6.
• Work closely with pre‑construction, design, and delivery teams to align sequencing and buildability.
• Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning to identify and mitigate risk.
• Produce progress reports, look‑ahead, and client‑facing updates.
• Interface with subcontractors and client representatives to drive planning excellence.
