Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment.
• Experience of design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA).

Responsibilities

• Create and own the design brief.
• Manage consultancies and ensure design optimisation.
• Implement information and change control.

Skills

Contractor side experience of MEP Digital Design / BIM Coordination

Knowledge of revit plug in Fabrication parts

Experience with design consultant teams

Experience with a range of building materials and techniques

Education

First degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / MEP / MEICA or related degree

Industry recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4)
