The Opportunity

We are looking for an MEP Digital Engineering Design / BIM Coordinator to join the Crown House Technologies MEICA Digital Design Centre based at our head office in Dartford.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Contractor side experience of MEP Digital Design / BIM Coordination and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA)
• Knowledge of revit plug in Fabrication parts
• First degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / MEP / MEICA, other construction or design related degree, or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment.
• Experience working with design consultant teams.
• Experience of range of building materials and techniques.
