Qualifications

• Previous experience managing internal resources and training junior staff.
• Good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• CSCS card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEP Cost Management services including Estimating and Procurement.
• Administer contracts, and manage cost reporting and final accounts.
• Work independently and as part of a team in projects.
