Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, ideally in Quantity Surveying.
• From a consultancy background.
• MRICS preferable.
• Strong MEP experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-contract duties, including cost estimates.
• Complete feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Manage tendering and procurement activities.
• Perform cost checks and valuations.
• Present monthly post contract cost reports to clients.
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
