Job summary

Kier Design are seeking a Senior Revit/CAD Technician to lead MEP coordinated design and 3D modelling on large, complex projects, delivering compliant, cost-effective solutions from concept to handover.

Based in Liverpool/Manchester/Leeds with agile/hybrid working, you will drive BIM execution, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff while maintaining quality standards and collaborating across design disciplines.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, CAD and 3D digital engineering.
• Proven experience with MEP digital drafting and coordination on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality MEP coordinated designs and construction-level layouts using 3D Revit within BIM, and 2D CAD where required.
• Act as lead coordinator and liaise with MEP specialists and other disciplines in design coordination meetings.
• Provide senior-level advice in BIM/COBie/Revit/CAD activities.
• Drive BIM implementation and sustainable design solutions.
• Prepare and monitor model coordination and drawing output programmes.
• Maintain standards, QA procedures and project templates.
