Job summary

Cheshire East Council in Crewe is seeking two permanent Senior Support Workers to join the Care4CE Mental Health Reablement team based at Delamere House. You will manage a caseload and provide one-to-one support in the community to adults facing mental health and related challenges.

The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some early evenings. A supportive benefits package accompanies the post, reflecting our commitment to staff wellbeing and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload and provide one-to-one community support.
  • Support adults with mental health or drug and alcohol issues, including debt, housing, education and employment guidance.
  • Contribute to goal setting, self-esteem and social inclusion to maximise independence.
