Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified mental health professional to join their community services in Berkshire. The role requires NMC registration and substantial experience with adults with mental health problems, including community settings. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, manage a complex caseload, and maintain high-quality electronic records while travelling between sites. Salary £51,657-£58,785 per annum incl. HCAS.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree-level professional qualification and current registration to practise with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• At least two years post-qualification experience of working with adults with mental health problems, including experience in community mental health services.
• Strong skills in specialist mental health assessment, formulation, treatment planning, risk management, report writing and recovery-focused interventions.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage and prioritise a complex caseload, contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain high-quality electronic records and travel between sites.

The must have's for this role:
