Overview

Peterborough Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team provides urgent mental health assessment and home treatment for the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with the team to plan care and treatment interventions.
  • Manage high‑risk presentations and lead safety and risk‑management planning.
  • Produce high‑standard assessment reports/letters and monitor junior staff reports.
  • Deliver urgent assessment/intervention services outside core hours.
  • Contribute to team objectives through effective clinical leadership and workload monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording on CPFT Information Systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle for independent travel around the county.
  • Ability to meet strict time deadlines, cover 24/7 service demands, and provide flexible working patterns across a 37.5‑hour week.
  • Experience in mental health assessment and crisis care (required).
