You will lead scientific content development, mentor junior writers and collaborate across client services and editorial teams to deliver impactful programmes. A PhD is advantageous and industry knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a medical communications agency at Senior Medical Writer level.
• Strong scientific background with extensive knowledge and understanding of oncology; a PhD is advantageous.
• Experience delivering outputs across medical affairs and publications.
• Superb leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide projects and mentor colleagues confidently.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and how medical communications support wider clinical and commercial objectives.

As SMW, you will be a key scientific voice on accounts, leading the development of clear, accurate and engaging content that translates complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
