A prominent healthcare facility is seeking a proactive Senior Medical Secretary to support the Trauma & Orthopaedic service. The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to navigate computerized systems. This role involves managing patient records, arranging appointments, and providing an efficient secretarial service to Consultants within a dynamic NHS Trust in Stockport.
To provide an effective and efficient Senior Medical Secretary role to named Consultants within the Trauma & Orthopaedic service. To provide senior medical secretarial service directly to named Consultants.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join the medical secretarial team in the Surgery, GI and Critical Care Division at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a team player you will be responsible for providing a full secretarial service to the Trauma & Orthopaedic service within the Division. The post holder will be required to use computerised systems such as Patient Centre (Patient Administration System), Advantis and the Winscribe Digital dictation system.
The successful candidate will have previous secretarial experience and will possess excellent organisation, communication, typing skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
