In this role you will work with the Head of Vaccines & Public Health to deliver the HPV strategic medical plan and contribute to operational excellence of the UK and Ireland (UKI) Medical Affairs team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic planning for the UK by providing medical insight and applying your expert knowledge about our HPV portfolio and pipeline. You will also identify, develop and maintain credible relationships with healthcare professionals, providers and academic centres and advocate cross‑functional partnership across the business in the delivery of company and team objectives. You will maintain integrity and ethical standards for the organisation, always acting by example and function in a non‑promotional capacity for 100% of the time spent in role.
You would have a strong scientific background in medical or biological sciences, be a GMC registered doctor, or a GPhC registered pharmacist and a final medical signatory with industry experience. You will be self‑assured in your communication and social skills with excellent strategic planning and organisational skills. You will be able to prioritise work effectively; balancing both long‑ and short‑term tasks and be able to demonstrate previous excellent cross‑functional working and have a good working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Pharmacovigilance laws and regulations and the ABPI code of conduct.
