Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a prestigious commercial project in South East London. This role offers a competitive rate of up to £375 a day for a duration of 8-9 months. Candidates should possess proven experience in the Building Services and M&E sector, alongside an industry-recognized qualification. Strong leadership in health and safety and familiarity with M&E Fit-out projects will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the Building Services and M&E sector.
• Background with a Tier 1 MEP Contractor or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Health and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-delivery team and subcontractors ensuring health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, and Engineers to ensure project delivery.
• Utilize iPad for reporting through Fieldview software.

Skills

Experience in Building Services and M&E sector

Health and Safety management skills

Education
