Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a management role.
• Experience running MEP projects over £5M.
• Major commercial, healthcare, or pharmaceutical experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications, Programmes & Drawing.
• Design review and validation.
• Assisting with Procurement of Plant and subcontractors.
• Liaising with Project Managers and external design consultants.
