Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious corporate banking building in Shoreditch, London. You will maintain mechanical services and systems to a high standard, delivering a reliable and efficient service in a high-profile environment.

The role involves PPM and reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and strict adherence to health and safety procedures, with on-site Monday to Friday hours and an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance within commercial buildings or facilities management.
• Mechanically qualified or suitably experienced.
• Confident carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Able to diagnose faults and resolve mechanical issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical building services and plant.
• Ensure mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Perform regular inspections and identify potential issues.
