An exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a world-leading business where you’ll play a lead role in developing advanced systems for global clients.

Are you a mechanical engineer with optics experience? Would you like to play a key role for a world leading company?

This innovative company specialise in the design and manufacture of high‑precision systems used across a range of industrial markets. Due to ongoing success and expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be tasked with leading the development of brand new high precision opto‑mechanical systems. This will involve design from concept to manufacture, integration and validation, whilst ensuring all industry regulations and standards are adhered to. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to progress into more senior positions.

This role would therefore suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer with optics experience looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role on innovating projects for a world leading business.

The Role:

  • Lead opto‑mechanical system design from concept to manufacture
  • Develop specifications and perform sensitivity and reliability analysis
