Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and clients to design smart, efficient, and sustainable building systems.
  • Create detailed designs, from calculations and specifications to reports and risk assessments with guidance and mentoring from senior colleagues.
  • Use the latest design software to bring your ideas to life and analyse how systems perform in the real world.
  • Take ownership of small to medium projects, developing your technical, project management, and client-facing skills.
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations and pushes design boundaries.
  • Pass on your knowledge to junior engineers.
What We\'re Looking For
  • A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or a related field).
  • Experience in mechanical building services design across sectors like commercial, MoJ, residential, healthcare, or education.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES/TAS (or a willingness to learn quickly!).
  • A genuine passion for engineering innovation, sustainability, and teamwork.
  • Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
