Senior Mechanical Engineer - Building Services

Responsibilities
  • Manage mechanical design and project coordination across multiple schemes
  • Lead internal teams, ensuring delivery to agreed standards and deadlines
  • Oversee financial control, fee monitoring, and resource planning
  • Ensure design quality and compliance with company standards and statutory regulations
  • Support and mentor junior engineers, promoting team development and technical excellence
  • Liaise with clients and directors to maintain strong working relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Attend site and client meetings, representing the company professionally
  • Contribute to business development and maintain client satisfaction across projects
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering / Design Engineering
  • Proven experience managing mechanical design projects within the MEP space
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant design software
