Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Up to £55,000 Depending on experience
Location: Warrington - Hybrid available 2 days on site
Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Qualifications

• Min 5 yrs experience as a Mechanical Engineer
• Min 5 years experience within Nuclear industry
• Experience of engineering design in the nuclear industry or other highly regulated industry
• Experience delivering mechanical studies
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification
• Chartership status or working towards
• Able to gain SC clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver technical studies and projects
• Design mechanical processes from conception through to detailed design and construction & commissioning phases
• Carry out technical studies relating to mechanical handling for both handling operations and heavy mechanical transfer systems, powder mechanical processes and compaction and mechanical dismantling technologies
