Job summary

Waterman Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its Building Services team in London. You will autonomously design mechanical services across diverse sectors and act as a client-facing representative of the company.

The role requires experience with REVIT and exposure to MagiCAD, strong communication, and the ability to travel between offices. Waterman offers a supportive development culture and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience using recognised design software tools such as REVIT and exposure to MagiCAD.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to external parties and clients as well as within the team.
• Understand project needs and support the team with delivery.
• Qualified in Mechanical services design and either working towards Chartered Status or interested in doing so.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver projects.
• Willingness for travel and inter-office collaboration.

An opportunity has arisen within Waterman Building Services London, for the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer. Working as a key member of the team, you will be provided with the autonomy to design Mechanical services in many sectors of the industry and be client facing, representing the Company.

Key Requirements

• You will have experience in using recognised design software tools such as REVITT and ideally have exposure to MagiCAD
• Have great communication skills that can adapt both to external parties and clients but also within the team
• Understand project needs and be able to support the team with delivery
• You will have recognised qualifications in Mechanical services design and either be working towards Chartered Status, or have an interest in doing so
• Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team in support to deliver projects
• Future flexibility will be needed for regular co-operation, travel and inter-office working
