Assystem UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to develop fluid systems and lead 2D/3D CAD efforts within a multidisciplinary team in the UK.
You will produce 2D CAD drawings (PFD, P&ID) and 3D CAD/BIM models, collaborate across design reviews and liaise with supply chain to deliver safe, compliant designs on time and within budget.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Previous experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or a similar roleAbility to work within the engineering team to realise designsFamiliarity with 2D CAD systems (AutoCAD) for drawing creationFamiliarity with 3D CAD/BIM systems (Revit, Inventor, Solidworks, Solid Edge, Siemens NX, PDMS, AutoCAD Plant 3D or similar) for model and drawing creationProfessional qualification in an engineering related fieldSC Clearance or capable of achieving it
