The Opportunity

This is a hands-on design role, ideal for an experienced mechanical engineer who enjoys full lifecycle development — from early concept and design validation through to manufacturing and testing.

You'll be involved in developing precision-engineered components and assemblies for highly regulated sectors, using modern tools, materials, and simulation techniques to bring next-generation products to life.

Responsibilities
  • Lead mechanical design of assemblies and systems from concept to production
  • Create CAD models, technical drawings, and documentation
  • Perform engineering analysis (FEA, stress, thermal, tolerance) to validate designs
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, and compliance
  • Apply DFM/DFA principles to ensure production readiness
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards
  • Support prototyping, design iteration, and problem-solving during testing phases
  • Stay up to date with new materials, techniques, and technologies
What You\'ll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical product design
  • Strong CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing methods and materials
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices, etc.) preferred
