Job summary

TSSI is seeking a Mechanical Chief Engineer for a major international infrastructure programme. You will assess damaged public buildings and infrastructure, determine repair or rebuild needs, and plan the investment required. The role focuses on HVAC, mechanical systems and plant equipment and supports tender bid activities.

Based in the client’s Hertfordshire or Dubai office, it is a four-month contract with start contingent on contract award. Candidates should list any languages on their CV.

Qualifications

• MEng Mechanical Engineering is required.
• CEng MIMechE (UK chartered) is required.
• At least 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering roles.
• Availability for around four months.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged public buildings and infrastructure and plan investment to repair or rebuild them.
• Focus on HVAC, mechanical systems and plant equipment on the project.
• Contribute to tender bid preparations and technical governance for the programme.
