You will work autonomously with minimal supervision, using your own tools, in a family‑oriented shop that values practical mastery and a steady workflow. The role offers a competitive salary and weekday hours with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven mastery in major mechanical overhauls and engine teardowns beyond routine servicing.
• Self-sufficient, able to work unsupervised and own workshop setup (No MOT licence required).
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools required.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000+ basic per annum (DOE) + open bonus potential
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (09:00 – 17:00) | Strictly 100% No Weekends!
