We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Technology Assistant to join the Marketing team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.
The Digital and Marketing Technology team implements and manages the firm’s integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing communications channels. The digital channels include our public and client websites, email marketing, content libraries, and blogs. The team is responsible for the technologies that support core BD and marketing processes, including but not limited to experience collection, contact management, pitching and opportunity management, CV management, events, client segmentation and marketing analytics. These two broad areas of marketing technology activity support each other and overlap, helping to provide a 360° view of our interactions with a client. The team is based in London, Belfast, New York, Munich and Sydney and is part of the global marketing, business development and communications function.
The senior assistant for marketing technology is a member of the Digital and Marketing Technology support team operating from the firm’s Shared Services Centre in Belfast. The role of the senior assistant is to complete business as usual tasks sent to the team from internal stakeholders and regular tasks carried out to maintain our systems. The senior marketing technology assistant supports internal stakeholders by acting as a "go‑to" across our marketing technology platforms.
The working hours for this role is one week of 7:00am – 3:30pm UK time, one week of 10:30am – 7:00pm UK time and two weeks of 9:00am – 5:30pm UK time.
We also require the senior digital assistant to step into workflow responsibilities when the primary workflow co‑ordinators are not available.
