The role

As the Senior Marketing Operations Partner, you will be the central force multiplying the effectiveness of our entire marketing organisation across multiple vertical teams. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to build the operational foundation that enables our marketing teams to move faster, work smarter, and deliver consistent excellence. You'll architect and maintain the systems, processes, and workflows that power our marketing engine - from our website infrastructure to our martech stack to AI-enabled content workflows.

This is a critical role for someone who thrives on creating leverage through automation, establishing scalable processes, and empowering teams with the tools and frameworks they need to excel.

What you’ll be doing in the role

• Own the end-to-end customer experience of our marketing website, partnering with product teams on the technical platform and marketing owners for content pages.
• Manage CMS infrastructure and enable vertical marketing teams with A/B testing capabilities, conversion rate optimization tools, and performance tracking.
• Own the technical SEO/AEO strategy and implementation, establishing content guidelines and best practices across all marketing teams.
• Centralize campaign planning and performance measurement through unified calendar management and cross-functional coordination.
• Support Marketing teams with budget planning, allocation, and reporting processes to maximize marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with our brand team to build and maintain a comprehensive library of brand templates and design components, creating self‑service resources that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Own the martech roadmap and vendor relationships, continuously evaluating and implementing tools that drive efficiency and eliminate redundancy.
• Partner with RevOps and Data to manage shared platform administration across tools like HubSpot, ensuring optimal list management, lifecycle workflows, and data hygiene.
• Pioneer the implementation of AI workflows and automation that accelerate vertical marketing teams, building systems for content repurposing, personalization at scale, and much more.
• Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities that could transform our marketing operations.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 5+ years of marketing operations experience with demonstrated success in scaling marketing infrastructure in high‑growth B2B SaaS or PLG businesses
• Deep technical proficiency with CMS and CRM systems, SEO/AEO tools, AI automation platforms (such as n8n/Zapier/Make)
• Experience with web development technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives
• Excellence in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
• A systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to see connections and dependencies across the marketing ecosystem
• Outstanding communication skills to partner effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• An ownership mentality with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
