About the role

Are you ready to shape the story of global learning at Imperial? As our Senior Marketing Officer for the Institute of Lifelong Learning, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing summer schools, professional development programmes, and global initiatives to life. You’ll craft campaigns that connect learners of all ages with transformative opportunities, driving growth and engagement across our portfolio.

What you would be doing

In this role, you will lead the charge on digital marketing campaigns that inspire action – from building engaging content and optimising websites to curating social media stories that reach students, parents, and professionals worldwide. Your work will span everything from email journeys and paid campaigns to brochures, apps and video content, ensuring a seamless experience at every stage. You’ll be the creative strategist behind campaigns that don’t just inform, but spark curiosity and drive enrolments.

What we are looking for
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong skills in website management, SEO,&user experience design
  • A creative communicator with a flair for writing, design and storytelling across digital and print
  • Confident in managing social media platforms, email marketing systems,&digital advertising
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to optimise campaigns
  • Collaborative, adaptable&able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent project manager, methodically delivering multi-faceted projects accurately to deadline
  • Proven ability in taking full ownership for delivery&independently troubleshooting to achieve quality results
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and digital compliance best practice
