Job Description
- Work in collaboration with the Head of Marketing on all marketing strategies and activities for Performance Sports, focusing on Running, Training, and Outdoor each season to drive brand and commercial growth.
- Manage the planning and delivery of 360 marketing campaigns from ideation to integrated launch plans with budgets, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal teams including PR, social, digital marketing, ecomm, email, and retail to deliver campaigns across Sports Direct owned channels.
- Act as gatekeeper to the performance sport seasonal calendar, campaign plans, and launches; ensure they are communicated across the business and delivered by each department.
- Communicate, align and brief relevant stakeholders on seasonal kick-offs, launches, and commercial priorities.
- Attend seasonal sell-in meetings with the commercial team and brand partners to align on priorities and product buys for upcoming seasons.
- Work with internal teams and partner agencies to produce post-campaign wrap-up presentations for the business and brand partners that invested in the campaign.
- Build collaborative relationships with the Performance Sport marketing counterparts in key brands, ensuring alignment with the seasonal calendar and marketing strategies.
- Understand brand partner budgets, opportunities, and commercial needs and identify opportunities for support and partnership.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fashion, sport, lifestyle or retail
- Extensive marketing experience
- Thrives in a collaborative “best idea wins” environment while juggling multiple priorities
- Proven track record delivering outstanding integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels and excellent project management
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Passion for sport — Running, Training, Outdoors
- Experience with Keynote/PowerPoint
