This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketer with healthcare experience (agency or in‑house) who is ready to step up, take ownership, and make an impact on a global stage.

Why this role?

  • High visibility & impact - Work hand‑in‑hand with senior leaders across Marketing and Sales to deliver campaigns that directly influence business growth.
  • Creative & strategic freedom - From designing standout collateral to driving digital and event activations, you'll bring fresh ideas that elevate our brand and engage our audiences.
  • Healthcare at the forefront - Be part of a business that partners with the world’s leading pharma companies, medical organisations, and HCP communities.
What you’ll be doing
  • Bring campaigns to life - Create compelling sales collateral, tailored client decks, and impactful exhibition materials that stand out at international congresses.
  • Drive digital engagement - Shape our social presence on LinkedIn, plan content calendars, and manage updates to our global corporate website.
  • Empower sales with insight - Collaborate with internal teams to gather and translate member and usage data into stories that win business.
  • Own budgets & delivery - Partner with US colleagues to manage the Medical Affairs marketing budget, ensuring investments deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate across the business - Act as the marketing connector between leadership, sales teams, and wider stakeholders to ensure activity is aligned, strategic, and effective.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years’ marketing experience - ideally within healthcare, medical communications, or a similar regulated industry.
  • Strong creative and executional skills - confident in PowerPoint, Office Suite, with bonus points for Pardot, WordPress, Canva, or InDesign.
  • A relationship‑builder - able to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communicator - with excellent written and verbal skills; fluency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail‑driven, and adaptable - you thrive in fast‑paced environments and love turning ideas into action.
