The Advocate Group are currently supporting a leading global FMCG company in the search for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to define and execute its UK marketing strategy. You’ll drive brand growth through media planning, product innovation, and compelling customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual marketing plan to deliver brand awareness, market share, and innovation impact
  • Develop and manage media strategy (TV & Digital), overseeing agency relationships and ROI
  • Oversee product portfolio lifecycle, from development to go-to-market
  • Direct brand positioning and communications in alignment with global brand teams
  • Lead and coach the UK marketing team, setting strategy for brand, digital, and trade marketing
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform decisions
Requirements
  • Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA a plus)
  • Senior marketing leadership within FMCG environments
  • Proven digital, media, and product management expertise
  • Strong analytical skills using Nielsen / IRI data
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
